Services Provided
Marketing
- Create and provide tournament flyer (50 printed, color copies
included in cost. Anything over will be an additional cost) - Advertise frequently on all pickleball social media pages:
■ Instagram – Stories and Reels
■ Facebook Reels – local pickleball groups all across So Cal
■ Email blasts to local players
● 450+ players
■ Take photos throughout the tournament and of all podium
winners
● Post on social media after tournament

Communication
- Keep players informed about tournament details
- Monitor payments and payment reminders
Coordinate with Swish Sports – A pickleball app for cell phone
- Provide Swish Sports all player names and bracket info
- Ensure all brackets are setup correctly prior to event
- All players will have this app on their cell phone when checking
in. They will use the app to show their player bracket and court
assignment - We will have admin access to this app as well to help players if
needed
Arrive at the courts at 6:30am on Saturday and Sunday
- Our team will do all set up and tear down
- We have all supplies needed
■ We do not own a speaker system, but we are able to
borrow one if you are unable to provide
Day of Event:
- Order lunch, pick-up lunch (organization pays for lunch) and
coordinate serving of lunch with volunteers - Organize vendors locations on premises
- Ensure players are checked in, pictures of each bracket prior to
play, ensure each bracket starts on time and that each bracket
stays on time (with help from provided volunteers) - Point of contact for any player questions
- Organize medal winner’s and podium pictures
- Ensure restrooms are stocked, clean and trash emptied throughout each day (with help from provided volunteers)
- Order lunch, pick-up lunch (organization pays for lunch) and
